Six steps. No shortcuts.

How Warwick restores a tile roof, in this order, every time. The roof gets fixed before it gets coated.

01Full pressure clean

of 06
  1. Step 1: Full pressure clean

Moss, lichen and years of grime come off first, so every later coat bonds to clean tile.

  2. Step 2: Ridge capping ground back

Old, cracked pointing on the ridges is ground back to a sound base.

  3. Step 3: Flexible re-pointing

The ridge capping is completely re-pointed with flexible pointing, which moves with the roof instead of cracking.

  4. Step 4: Broken tiles replaced

Every cracked or broken tile is swapped out before any coating goes on.

  5. Step 5: Hi-build sealer

One coat of hi-build sealer goes over the clean tiles.

  6. Step 6: Two coats of membrane

Two coats of roof membrane in your chosen colour finish the roof.

What can you see from the ground?

Tick anything you've noticed. No need to climb up: what you can see from the yard or inside is enough.

Your answer shows up here.

It's a starting point, not a diagnosis. Warwick checks everything on the roof before he quotes, and the inspection is free.

Amazing work you will not be disappointed. 10/10
