Roof repairs

Broken tiles, failing pointing and leaks repaired properly.

Close-up of damaged concrete roof tiles with the broken area exposed

Not every roof needs a full restoration. Broken tiles, cracked ridge pointing and small leaks can be repaired on their own, and fixing them early stops water getting into the ceiling.

Signs you need it

  • Cracked or broken tiles
  • Ridge capping coming loose
  • A drip or a stain on the ceiling
  • Damage after someone walked on the roof

What you get

  • The leak found and fixed at the source
  • Matching tiles where available
  • An honest view on whether a restoration is worth it

Questions

My ceiling has a stain. Is it the roof?
