Roof restoration

Concrete tile, terracotta and metal roofs restored and recoated in the colour you choose.

Charcoal tile roof at Boronia Heights after restoration

A restoration takes a tired, faded or leaking roof back to sound condition and gives it a new colour. On tile roofs that means cleaning, re-pointing, replacing broken tiles and recoating. Metal roofs are cleaned, treated and recoated. Everlong uses Nutech coatings on every restoration.

Signs you need it

  • Faded, patchy or chalky colour
  • Moss, lichen and black staining
  • Cracked or crumbling ridge pointing
  • Broken or slipped tiles
  • Leaks showing up as ceiling stains

What you get

  • A sealed, weatherproof roof
  • A new colour that suits the house
  • Done by roofers who fix the roof first, not painters who only coat it

Six steps. No shortcuts.

How Warwick restores a tile roof, in this order, every time. The roof gets fixed before it gets coated.

  1. Step 1: Full pressure clean

Moss, lichen and years of grime come off first, so every later coat bonds to clean tile.

  2. Step 2: Ridge capping ground back

Old, cracked pointing on the ridges is ground back to a sound base.

  3. Step 3: Flexible re-pointing

The ridge capping is completely re-pointed with flexible pointing, which moves with the roof instead of cracking.

  4. Step 4: Broken tiles replaced
